Run Campaigns

A marketing effort with its own budget and cost tracking — and a real Brevo email-marketing sync, not a placeholder.

Creating a Campaign

1

Description, Type, and Status required

The form has panels for Campaign (Description, Type, Status, Active), Schedule & Budget (Start/End Date, Budget Cost, Number Sent, Expected Response %), and Notes. Once saved, Expenses, Notes, and Leads tabs unlock.

Cost-per-lead tracking

1

The main Campaigns screen is a cost tree, not a flat list

Each Campaign shows its own Expense line items nested right underneath it — date, vendor, amount — with a rolled-up total. Adding/editing expenses is limited to Administrators, Staff, or a specific "Terminators" role; everyone else can view but not edit. Each expense can carry its own receipts/attachments and an "Incurred By" staff member.

Worth knowing: this is how you get real cost-per-lead numbers — cross-reference a Campaign's total Expenses against how many Leads it's tagged to, rather than guessing at marketing ROI.

Leads and Brevo

1

Adding Leads directly to a Campaign

The Leads tab has a Quick Add button — Name and Email required, Phone optional — for adding a new Lead straight onto the campaign without leaving the screen.

2

Syncing to Brevo

Sync to Brevo pushes the campaign's Leads to Brevo (email marketing) — a real integration, not a stub.
