A one-screen "state of the business" view: pipeline health, cash flow, workload sizing, near-term schedule, and warranty exposure — without opening a single report.
Side menu → Project Management → Projects Dashboard. Like People Dashboard, every panel is a chart or table you can drag and resize — your arrangement is remembered the next time you visit.
Three donuts break down every project by Status, Category, and Type. A Job Size Distribution bar chart buckets projects by their accepted estimate total:
Click any slice or bar and a drill-down list opens with the actual Projects, Companies, and dollar amounts behind it.
Invoices Billed vs. Paid shows three numbers — Billed, Paid, Outstanding — plus a two-bar chart; click either bar to drill into the underlying Invoices or Payments. Below that, Revenue vs. Expenses by Month plots both as a line chart across every month with activity, the fastest way to spot a month where expenses outpaced revenue.
Upcoming Schedule Items lists Project/Description/Start/Status for a look-ahead window you control — 7, 14, 30, or 60 days, from a dropdown right in the panel header. Open Warranty Requests lists anything still outstanding by Project, Description, Type, and when it was requested.
Lead Pipeline shows a funnel of your leads by status. Click any stage to drill into the actual Leads (Name, Company, Phone, Email, Source) sitting at that stage — or click the "N lost" link in the panel header to jump straight to everything marked Lost.
