People Dashboard

An instant demographic snapshot of everyone in your People database — who they are and where they're located — without building a report first.

1

Open it

Side menu → Customer Relationship → People Dashboard. You'll see a grid of small donut charts, one per demographic dimension, plus a full-width bar chart at the bottom for geography.

2

Read the breakdown

Each donut totals up one field across every Person record:

Marital Status Gender Ethnicity Complexion Preferred Contact Method Race Time Zone Citizenship Country

Below all of that, Where People Are Located (State) shows the same idea as a bar chart instead of a donut.

Worth knowing: a chart only counts records where that field is actually filled in - a Person with no Gender set simply isn't part of the Gender donut. Percentages across a chart won't always add up to your total People count for that reason.
3

Drill into the names behind a number

Click any donut slice or any bar and a list opens with the actual People behind it — Name, Email, Phone, State. That's the fastest way to go from "how many people are in California" to an actual contact list to call or email.

4

Arrange it your way

Drag any chart by its header to reposition it; drag a corner to resize. Your layout is remembered the next time you visit — it's a personal preference, not something that changes what other users on your team see.
